Canada Day at the Legislature is a celebration that honours Alberta's history and diversity through entertainment and activities for all ages.
There will be three main performance areas featuring some of the best local Alberta talent in music and dance. There will also be roving performers and interesting exhibits to enjoy throughout the Legislature Grounds and the North Grounds plaza.

The Visitor Centre on the main floor of the Edmonton Federal Building will be open to the public on Canada Day from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Highlights to check out in the refurbished historical building include the Pehonan Theatre, the Agora Interpretive Centre and the Alberta Branded retail store.

Canada Day: Alberta style!
Canada is turning 148 years old in 2015 and we are celebrating the occasion by bringing you a fun-filled day, Alberta style! We will have three performance stages to entertain one and all with over 20 live acts to keep you dancing. There will be roving performers, arts and crafts for the kids, food vendors and even a display of military gear and vehicles hosted by the Lord Strathcona's Horse.
